Not comfortable pillows, no hot...

Liked: No breakfast. Was not available.
Disliked: At night there was no one at the property. No lobby available for hot water, wifi setup, doors were open but nobody to help you settle. Bad connection with the property manager until next morning.

Nice and cozy location, but...

Liked: We liked the very close location to train station. It was nice to have a key to open entry door as well as the room.
Disliked: Could have been a better noise insulation to other rooms-ventilation and blow dryer, washing machine could be heard in the early morning.Breakfast was overpriced for the variety available.

This hotel is a jewel...

Liked: The staff was very warm and friendly. They work on helping us to have a comfortable weekend. The hotel is charming and well-maintained.We highly recommend it.

Disappointing

Liked: The rooms are basically oldschool apartments converted into hotel rooms, so they are quite big. The bed was fairly comfortable.
Disliked: Cold: In the middle of winter, the only heating in the room was a wall mounted aircond which didn't really work, so we were freezing at night. Overall this is more of a hostel than a hotel. Also by the time we checked in at around 8pm, there was no reception and had to get the instructions for the key over the phone.
