Exceptional
Liked: The location is excellent. All attractions are at walking distance. The manager is super responsive and very helpful. The metro stations are at a walking distance as well.
Disliked: The only thing that is a very little uncomfortable is the absence of a lift.

central an clean hotel in...
Liked: We stayed in the hotel fot 4 nights. We came late at night and did self check-in. It was easy and convinient process. The hotel is located in very central location, right near the karl bridge and five minutes walk from the old town square. Despite the central location, the hotel is in a quite street. The room itself is big and clean. They clean the room everyday and the staff is very nice.
Disliked: There was one problem that bothered us and it was that every room have the same code to enter (as it was said in the check-in massage) so everyone can enter anywhere and we rocommend to change it.

Bad
Liked: Horrible place
Disliked: There was nothing of what was stated in the room. No TV, no refrigerator, not even a kettle! Not to mention the view from the window! Horrible place, I do not recommend to anyone!

Underwhelming
Liked: The location is ideal, very close to the old town square.Despite it being an old place, they have upkept the cleanliness. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff but they seemed ok.
Disliked: I had to self check in since I arrived around 11pm and reception is closed at that time - even though it went smoothly, I believe hotels in such touristic areas should have 24/7 reception. They also send the self check in instructions the day of check in but this could be tricky if you’re on a multiple country trip and are already in a foreign country where you potentially don’t have much internet access that day. Everything in the room was old and outdated. The single bed was the worst bed I’ve slept in at a hotel - the mattress was tough and possibly thin at the same time - I woke up every morning with back pains. The first day I was there I used the last of my personal shampoo/soap I still had left and the second morning when I went into the shower to use the soap dispenser the hotel has, it was completely empty. I had to go downstairs but couldn’t find anyone (again reception hours should be better). I then had to message them through booking.com and someone replied back and a person knocked on my door about an hour later since I first walked in the shower to fill up the dispenser. I like to start my day early and I lost valuable time on something that should be checked during turnover. The wifi kept disconnecting, especially at night it wouldn’t stay connected for me for more than a minute. The single room considering everything and the fact that it’s not an expensive country, is highly overpriced.
