Liked: Central location, within walking distance from many attractions.
Disliked: The room floor felt almost clean, but not quite.No coffee/tea set in the room, not even a kettle.

Liked: Location is very good, apart of that I don’t feel any further good with this hotel.
Disliked: Not even a kettle provided. No lift. Not a good choice for family with kids. Not a great chance of breakfast as well. I booked this with breakfast which is waste of money. No change or towels when we requested for keeping the room, they just kept the towels on the heaters. Not even changed the towels in the washroom that were left on the floor. Not sure how they claimed it as a 3 star.
