Liked: Very good comprehensive breakfast with everything very fresh. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a nice sized bath tub (can be used as a shower) - we love a hot bath in the winter. We phoned beforehand asking to come in an hour earlier and it was no problem.
Disliked: We find the heating is always too high in hotels in Switzerland so we open a window in order to sleep better. Getting to hotel entrance with a rental car up all the one-way lanes in the old city, and unloading & loading luggage on narrow much used lane not easy .

Wonderful hotel with a family...

Liked: Wonderful family-run atmosphere. Great restaurant and breakfast. Comfortable room. Ideal location in historic town centre.I left some shoe trees in the room and the team kindly posted them to me in the UK. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Would have preferred a proper chair at the desk in the room to work from.

Liked: The location was perfect right in the middle of old town. Easy walk to great restaurants & shopping. Perfect spot for Christmas markets too.

Liked: the location is great, the place was very nicely designed and maintained and the staff was very friendly
Disliked: it was extremely hot in my room, the heating was full on and the AC to bring temperature down was noisy. Breakfast finishes by 9.30 which is very early if you want to sleep in
