Very good

Liked: Staff were 1st class. Had a problem with the hot water, 5 seconds showerable water and nearly 2 minutes of scolding hot water.

Grand. But room did not...

Disliked: I booked a room with two beds to share with a friend, but got a room with just one. It was late by the time we arrived back and realized - ended up sharing the bed. Not great.

Cold

Liked: Staff in restaurant where very nice
Disliked: The rooms and bathroom was freezing

Exceptional

A little tired but would...

Liked: Big room with very comfortable beds, plenty of room for 1 adult and 2 children. Beautiful breakfast which was included in price. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and both the service and food was excellent. Pool facilities were great for children. The hotel is a little out of the city centre which suited us fine.
Disliked: Parking upon arrival was difficult, I think there was a wedding at the hotel at the same time so may not be like that regularly. .The room and bathroom were a little tired and in need of updating, the furniture was marked (but functional) and the window whistled with the wind. My friends stayed in an updated room and the bathroom was amazing, so I'm sure they are getting around to the other rooms.The coffee mugs were basic, as was the tea and coffee available in the room.

Loved it, would definetly book...

Liked: Loved the property, clean, tidy, so comfortable, helpful staff, not too far from the centre of town
