Disliked: It was not comfortable at all. No service, no basic facilities. Will not consider this hotel as an option for the next trips.

Liked: Everything was ok. The location was great. The room met expectations. The breakfast met expectations and the service was also ok. We are satisfied and recommend
Disliked: It's just that when we specially ordered a twin room, it was not ok when we were offered a double room. Yes, there was a solution and it came, but the fact that we had to wait for it for an hour well past midnight was not ok. Everything else was good

Liked: It’s terrible. In the room smells like dozen people seat near you and smoke. Walls are dirty, sockets are broken. Shower doesn’t work normally. Bedclothes and towels not looks like clean.

Liked: Location to Roma Termini Station Easy walking distance to Colosseum Staff on reception were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The noise coming from floor above. Kids running and jumping till 11 at night. Noise travelled even with high ceilings.Toilet struggled with flushing.Light in toilet came on with a noisy fan that took ages to stop after turning off.
