Great location, but that's it.

Liked: Great location, not sure about much else. Several reviews rave about the breakfast. Either the chef was on leave, or they've had worse. The hot breakfast was tepid, and the yoghurts are left out in room temperature..!!We arrived on Monday afternoon and asked for some fresh milk for the room, to try and make the cheap Nescafe sachets more palatable. Those cups of undrinkable coffee were still on the side on Tuesday afternoon, after the room had been done..... and still there on Wednesday afternoon. The milk, that was still there when we left on Friday...!!!It is a basic hotel, clean and tidy, but breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

A fantastic 2 night stay....

Liked: My friend and I stayed in a twin bedded room for two nights. It was very clean. The tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome after our journey to Budapest. The hotel is well situated with about a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb and there was a huge variety to choose from. It was all delicious and very well presented. If I ever go back to Krakow I would definitely stay here again.
