Liked: The hotel is located in a good place in a village (less than 10 min walking from the center), near a nice castle. The room is clean and nice, well equipped.

Disliked: One of the staff was incredibly rude telling me and my friend if in front of of pall guests that we not allowed to take few things from breakfast to our rooms. My friend couldn’t eat breakfast and was stressed due to the upcoming travel so she made a sandwich I wanted to take 3 apples for my kids because they didn’t come for breakfast and I wasn’t sure if they will have any and she just told us leave the food on the table etc.So rude and unprofessional If she didn’t like it at least she could do it in way of more discreet way. That person should not working with the customer stressing them out over a sandwich and 3 apples!At the end of the day it was out precious hold day ruined because of her.The other staff was lovely and helpful.

Liked: The location was great. The pool was lovely for kids. Breakfast was okay. Castle really close by. Supper from regular menu was tasty.
Disliked: The supper offered by fixed price from buffet was totally bad. The content differed from offer (no drink nor eggs provided and the content does not suite for dinner at all). We do not recommend the supper as buffet. The supper from hotel restaurant from menu is though excellent. The room for the price was okay. But be ready for a bit worn out look of room.

Liked: Everything was very clean and cosy. Very good breakfast, beautiful place.
Disliked: A bit noisy was under our window, but that is about visitors, not the hotel.
