Great hotel to stay

Overall we would definitely return...

Liked: Beautiful boutique hotel with a touch of old class and charm.
Disliked: The showers took a very long time to heat up and the corner shower is not very conveniently located in front of the toilet. The shower above the bathtub has a shower head that wasn’t very efficient and water kept going cold so had no choice but to climb up into the corner shower in the corner in front of the toilet.

Would not hesitate to stay...

Liked: A superb few days at the Kartnerhof, from the welcome from the incredibly attentive staff on reception to the location and facilities. The breakfast too was amazing. Just a two minute walk to the heart of the city, the river and the metro, although all of the major sights are within easy walking distance. Christmas markets a short stroll away also. 10/10 and a big thank you!!
