Liked: Great location .. right in the middle of town, and room was good, bed comfy, bathroom clean. Slight trouble finding the parking but all turned out fine.
Disliked: Shower flooded as there was a drainage problem. When we asked for new towels after mopping up copious amounts of water, all they left us was two bath mats. Maybe due to a language problem. With a sprained ankle, I had to climb four flights of stairs so not ideal. Very expensive for what we got.

Liked: Room booked was a superior double but it was very small and had next to no space around the bed. In addition, the bathroom door did not close because the vanity unit blocked the way. Therefore, no bathroom privacy! However, everything else about the hotel was excellent and the staff really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Room size - we booked a superior double and had upgraded from the cosy double! Therefore, I dread to imagine the size of the cosy double room!

Beautiful tranquil place to visit

Liked: Location, the breakfast, the smooth process of checking us in as we had only booked online 5 minutes before arriving. Staff are amazing.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Room was dirty and smelt bad. Bugs all over ceiling in bathroom. I left and I was covered in bites. Came back on night 2 and there was no electricity despite main areas in hotel had power. Breakfast was extremely limited, hardly any choice and was poor quality.
