Liked: The wonderful staff went over and above to help us at all times, including suggestions for restaurants (and then booking), making sure we were familiar with the hotel and the surrounding area, but generally.....super friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Nothing to report here! There were building works going on to update the restaurants, however the way the hotel organized the temporary restaurant and bar was terrific.

Location perfect, staff AMAZING, sadly...

Liked: The staff were amazing and this includes the bell person and the cleaning people. The breakfast was wonderful and all the serving staff were very friendly. Location perfect.
Disliked: I was disappointed that they did not notify me that they are doing construction around and in the hotel. I was not there with a conference or a tour. I picked this historic hotel for its historic charm with the restaurant, bar and staircase. None of which I could use. I also had early weekday noise in my room from the outside construction. Frankly, the hotel should be offering discounts. The staff were absolutely amazing.

Disliked: Not a thing.

Beautiful

Disliked: The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling, and the only bed covers were so thick. We had some hot and not so comfortable nights.
