Liked: The location was great and welcoming snacks even if you do not like breakfast throughout the day you have access to coffee, tea, water and juices.
Disliked: Upon arrival the reception guy called Massy (I am not sure about the name) he had my passport on his hands and he was insisting that I didn't pay the room, I was showing my transaction and he simply chose to ignore my request. I have insisted to see his computer and I realized that he was checking someone else room not mine. How come he didn't read the name on the passport? I asked for the room with balcony they stated that all the rooms are with balcony which in fact only 5 rooms on the 5th floor are with balcony, I changed the room upon the availability next night.

Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: Staff were unfriendly, didn‘t make me feel welcomed. Bad at suggesting solutions. Charged city taxes twice. Rooms are okay, bathroom is pretty stainy. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The only thing they can offer is a good location.

Old and dirty...

Disliked: 1. Overall, the hotel is not even 2 stars, and it claims to be 4...2. The personal are very unprofessional and unpolite, they didn't take our suitcases neither helped us by providing essentials as opening the door or helping to bring the suitcases to the elevator ; not giving simple instructions where you can have tea/coffee in the hotel...The personal at the reception is questionning unnecessary personal details and shows disrespect. 3. The room and especially the bathroom are very old and dirty...the bathroom is very old...dirty with mold and mildew....multiple unnecessary and uneasy to use strange doors....The odor was unacceptable.Also, the WC was very old and it didn't worked for flushing...Very dark room, without lights...it's depressing...4. Check-out: very scary sound was difused in the room from a hidden speaker, similar to alarm nearby the check-out hour, which is 11h... the staff entered the room without knocking and without permission...5. Very important point, leading to my overall disappointment is that the pictures in the website and in Booking aren't unfortunately corresponding to the reality, which is worst condition of the room, bathroom and the reality overall....6. I did the mistake to take the breakfast....If you want to poison yourself, go, eat...I'll spare the details...I won't consider booking Happy Culture hotels for the future...Last but not least, for this low quality, the hotel prices were very high... For the same price, you can try to find a real 4/5 star hotel with decent quality and cleanliness.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that it was written that parking is included and they didn't have and they told me that I had to reserve a spot in advance and they never make it clear from the chat or in the platform.
