Liked: Friendliness of the staff, a good breakfast, excellent location
Disliked: The bathroom and the toilet were not really clean. Some hair on the toilet floor and in the bathroom. To take a shower was a problem- the water stayed immediately at the 5 cm bathtub level.

Liked: Breakfast was good but virtually all types of breakfast crockery had one or two chips on them which in our opinion is a possible health hazard. Also one of the breakfast areas had a dirty and stained carpet. This was all mentioned to the staff most of who were not really interested as they had a lot to do to keep up with the guests usage of the various foods on offer. When we arrived our safe was broken and also the flush mechanism of the toilet. The TV had no signal and when reception were told they replied that the hotel had no signal they hoped it would be fixed later that day but did not really seem to care that much. The saviour of our stay was a young lady called Lea who managed to fix most of the problems and left us a half bottle of champagne and some fancy biscuits….she made such a difference!!

A good hotel, but a...

Liked: The hotel is certainly clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is lovely and not posh.
Disliked: Don’t get me wrong: it’s a very good hotel. But its location in the city centre also means that space in the rooms is very limited. And I didn’t understand the arrangement of the furniture in the room, it seems to use the already limited space very inefficiently (bed in the middle of the room…?).

Would stay again!

Liked: Second time here for a wonderful stay, great location, and breakfast was pretty good.

Liked: very close to city center, clean
Disliked: quiet old- Both elevators needed fundamental service repairThe breakfast was very minimal. It did not get charged often, when the pancake is finished, you probably will not get any pancake for that breakfast

Pleasant stay in historic city.

Liked: We only had one breakfast at the hotel but there was a good choice. Hotel was good location, easy walking distance from station and to historic centre.
Disliked: We had a standard room on 5th floor with no view of city. Shower was over the bath and would have preferred walk-in type.

Liked: Everything is Perfect.
Disliked: Parking. Too fit for mid-size car. The way to go down to park in the garage is uncomfortable.
