Hotel Kabuki part of JdV by Hyatt , San Francisco

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had nice bedding and pillows.

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff. We got lost on our way there and a staff member helped us find our way.
Disliked: No microwave available. Fridge was a mini bar - I couldn't put my own stuff in it.

Liked: Excellent service!Breakfast was very good. Michelle, Kim and Jack provided exceptional service at the breakfast place.
Disliked: None!

Exceptional

Comfortable stay in a great...

Liked: The lobby and bar area were really comfortable and nice to use. It is situated in the vibrant area of Japantown with plenty of restaurants and very good connections.
Disliked: there was no way you could turn the light on in the bathroom without it glaring into the bedroom as there was no separating door into the bathroom area.

Lights and BIG SHADOWS

Liked: The hotel has indeed a nice flair and especially the staff at breakfast were exceptional, making us enjoy those moments. The gym is also well equipped and the hall has plenty of space where to work from.
Disliked: This was my second stay in the hotel but apparently the fact that I returned was not appreciated by the management as we were assigned the worst possible room in the building a few steps away from the "ICE" room (whatever that is). Our stay ended up being more like the experience on a cruise ship in a room next to the engines but without the charm of the sea views. At night, we could get some sleep only because we were knocked out for being around SF the whole day, but that was not restoring enough though.This will be my last time in this hotel. I could have complained and asked for a new room but we had little time and especially believe that these things should not happen at all rather than hoping that clients just accept such a bad treatment.
