Enjoyed but will not be...

Liked: Location excellent. Quiet location. Staff member very helpful recommending restaurants at night. Staff member at bar exceptional offering coffee.
Disliked: Staff at reception on arrival '& later at check in... Brings to mind'"it's not what they did/said it's how they made us feel' more intent on outlining what we did not have in our package as to what we did! Not a very nice attitude. Compared to other hotels on same stay we did not have a shower cap. No soap only shampoo in dispensers on day 1. Left to find room on our own, only to discover with help of kind housekeeper that 2 blocks with similar room numbers & we were in 2nd block which was a bit cumbersome up & down trying to find room. No early access to rooms & no flexibility to help.

Comfy room in a great...

Liked: Perfect location. 10 minutes walk from the Leopold museum. Near tons of excellent restaurants, coffee shops and public transportation. Far enough from the center of the city (touristic hell).The staff were super nice and helpful about everything. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was surprisingly big (we chose the smallest option).The heating was a bit much (like most of Vienna indoors), but we cracked open a window and it was fine.Also, there's a really nice optional breakfast.I wholeheartedly recommend and would stay there again.

Good location and friendly staff

Liked: Breakfast was superb- fresh orange juice, prosecco, guacamole, smoothies!
Disliked: Room would require some work to make it more contemporary. It can be seen that last renovation was done some time ago

Liked: Lovely hotel. Clean and intimate. Great location. Central to many attractions including the town centre. Excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly. A special thanks to Andras, the bar manager who made our stay memorable,with his good sense of humour ,professionalism and exceptional service. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel

Liked: We pushed the boat out with this, as well as having a great deal, and we were not disappointed. Everything was fantastic,.Staff were very helpful, and the breakfast delicious

Nice hotel.

Liked: Clean, cozy hotel, nice staff, good breakfast with very comfortable schedule (from 7 till 12:00). Also, the hotel seems to be following sustainability practices.
Disliked: The room was not on the level of the elevator, so for people with luggage, it's an issue. And it was also straight under the roof. Therefore, being small, it felt even smaller due to the descending ceiling.
