Liked: Everything, the hotel is beautiful, the staff helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. Also loved the bar where the cocktails were amazing and despite it being packed out the service was excellent and very prompt.
Disliked: Nothing

Top tier hotel - absolutely...

Liked: The staff is TOP TIER. Attentive, responsive and kind. They gave me a cake dessert for my birthday and a free bottle of wine. The location is amazing. It is off the high street with all the major global retail shops but also the museum quarter (walking distance to Albertina for example) and right off the subway. There is also an amazing bar right in the building. Design / decor is outstanding!
Disliked: The room I stayed in (Room 408) opened right into the bathroom which was odd architecture. I also could not easily control the heating. Also the lighting was a bit low at night (more for mood lighting than actual illumination).
