Liked: The young lady and the older one were very nice very polite. The atmosphere perfect. The area is very close to the center on foot. Have Peny nearby . Also two buses to the center.

Disliked: Very old structure, I didn't appreciate the moquette in the room: there was a lot of dust that was breathed in, so much that we were unable to sleep and ran away a day earlier than expected. Not recommended

Liked: The property was spotless, with attention to detail evident in every corner. Our room was not only clean but also exceptionally comfortable, making it a pleasure to return to after a long day.What really set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt welcoming and professional.Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful balance of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Good location close to city...

Liked: A cozy location close to city center. The rooms were clean, with heating. The personnel was very friendly. The breakfast was a combination of sweet offer (jam, honey, buttet etc) but also salami, egg etc.
Disliked: Our rooms were facing the main street, which had some traffic.

Liked: The accommodation was very nice, with everything necessary for a vacation.The room is very clean, also the bathroom is equipped with everything you need and is clean, towels are changed daily and the garbage is picked up.You can reach the city center and the airport by bus.In the morning, breakfast is served, which is sufficient and with diversified and fresh products.As for the host, he is a person with a big soul, with quick answers and immediate solutions to any request.We stayed 3 nights, but after this pleasant experience, if we return to Salzburg, we will definitely return to Hotel Josefa.

Liked: Breakfast was the highlight. The hotel owner was so lovely, so welcoming and accommodating, we had a lovely stay here.
Disliked: Our shower didn't really work, it was powerful but didn't stay in place properly so it was hard to not get water everywhere or you had to hold it whilst trying to wash yourself so became a bit awkward. I'm sure this can be fixed and it would then be fine.
