Superb
Liked: Very nice location: quiet district, good public transport etc. Hotel was clean and comfy! We got our room over 2 hrs before the official check-in time.
Disliked: Reception available only until 9pm (and even wanted to finish/close much earlier).

Great stay
Liked: Beautiful hotel located within an easy walk to Kreuzberg. About a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The property was clean, modern, beautiful and secure. Staff were all very friendly! Everything was comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Small, friendly, attention to details,...
Liked: Small and friendly hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Berlin surrounded by trees.- Details well thought-of, everything worked great- Excellent breakfast (one of the best-boiled eggs I've seen at hotels!)- Single room with big windows with everything you need- Not manned 24/24 but efficient communication and kind support make up for it- Near the market, coffee shops and authentic (not touristy) areas
Disliked: Bed a little bit softer than my preferred (hard) type- No air-con (they provided a mini fan): I like warmer rooms but it happened to be one of the hottest days, so I left the huge windows for 10-15 minutes to let the cool air in but with that entered mosquitos ;-// and the night was tough. - 1 mini-bottle of complimentary water for a 3-night stay was too little, especially with the heat wave (and no air-con)- A bit far from public transportation (I used buses and subways) so need to be fit/willing to walk- Coffee/kettle in the room would have been nice (though kettles are provided in the downstairs self-service area)
