Not a pleasant experience

Liked: I have given handicapped room and every time i am going to washroom i feel depressed, it is really sad that to a normal person you provide handicap room. My friend just commenting on me you have handcapped room.No water was provided one bottle for 5 night's stay
Disliked: Booking.com is not listening to end customer it is really bad for hospitality industry they are just minting money

Disliked: The daily cleaning room service is only made as an extra service.

This hotel is a good...

Liked: Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, great neighbourhood. Hotel Johan is a perfect choice in Berlin. Close enough to most sights one would want to see and neighbourhood-y enough to make you feel like you are a Berliner.
Disliked: n/a

Pleasant stay in a great...

Liked: The location, the building, the lounge area and honesty bar. The vegan soap, the shower and eco-friendliness of the hotel.
Disliked: The beds were really uncomfortable. Two single beds pushed together to make a double bed should have a mattress topper. Without it the hard edges in the middle of the bed made it really painful to lye on. Further, if a double bed is requested the quilt should also be a double quilt regardless whether there is one or two people in that room.
