Wonderful hotel with an incredible...

Liked: This hotel and its staff are incredible! The hotel itself is super comfortable. The rooms are very large. The staff took such great care of us and there were so many special touches added to our stay. The location is stellar. There are several tram stops right there and the museums are just one street over. I'm definitely going to be back and I will be moving all my clients to this hotel as well.

Liked: Ideal location for museums. Staff( especially Alexandro ) helpful, polite, attentive. Unfortunately our room was next door to the only lift in the hotel and was pretty noisy. As was the back of the room with noise from the kitchen early in the morning. The room was very small for two friends sharing. Tiny shower room with sink outside by the door… so after using the toilet you had to come out of the bathroom to wash your hands, not convenient! If I stayed here again I’d definitely ask for a different room.
