Good for stay in Quebec
Liked: Great location. Nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: The TV was a bit old but ok. The windows in our room were on the street level so we had them covered by curtains the entire time. It didn’t bother us but could be a thing to consider for someone else

Unfortunately very disappointed, the bed...
Liked: Location was good. Next to the Chateaux.
Disliked: I found bed bugs in my luggage upon return home!! I am still trying to wash everything in my house. The faucet in the bathroom sink was so leaky, that we had to shut the water off in the bathroom at night to be able to sleep. There was no cable in the room. Tv worked but no cable. I added a day to my stay. I sent a message 2 days before our arrival to confirm that we would be in the same room for the 4 days. I never received a message back. And we had to move all of our luggage out of the room after our first day at 11h00. And had to wait for the next room to be ready. My family and I have never had such a bad experience. This was very disappointing.

Overall,adequate accommodation.
Liked: Walking distance of all Carnivale activities, furniture outdated, very clean
Disliked: Newer furniture. A place for dirty snow boots so that the floor wouldn’t get wet and dirty.
