Liked: The hotel is located in the historical center, so the location is absolutely superb. The room was not big, but had everything necessary for a short stay. Very clean, the bed was comfortable. And the water pressure in the shower was good.
Disliked: The size: for a longer stay, the room would be too small. The airco for heating was a bit less comfortable than a regular heater.

Liked: The hotel ambience for xmas was exceptional with all the decorations and the free biscuits and hot chocolate was an extra touch that made our stay that more enjoyable . The room was well presented and clean and tidy - the bed was so so comfortable. We have stayed here before and never been disappointed - we look forward to our next stay at Hotel Janssen - the location is excellent for our stay at valkenburg and it never disappoints . Thank you to all the staff that go the extra mile - the hospitality is outstanding - well done .
