A clean, quiet, warm and...

Liked: We had a clean, quiet and cozy place.. The room was relatively small yet we had everything we needed.. The staff was friendly and showed us the must-see locations, recommended places to eat etc. It's 10min away by walking from the historic site, such as Belfry.. Within 3 min walking, you can reach to the bus stop for number 2, which comes/goes to the Bruges Train Station.. I'd like to add a note for early arrivers, the rooms are mostly available around 3, check-in time is 4pm, you can use the luggage room if you arrive early, luckily Jacobs was the only place that prepared my room before my arrival during my stay in Belgium, including the other hotels in Brussels and Gent.. So a biiiiiig, huuuuuge thanks to the staff once again..
Disliked: The drain in the shower wasn't enough for the water pressure, other than that everything was very nice..

Liked: Lovely quiet location yet only a short walk into the city centre. Great breakfast that filled us up for the day. Comfortable room with a big bed. Hotel Jacobs felt very cosy and homely and was an excellent base to explore Bruges.

Disliked: Rooms a little dated and need a freshen up.Whole hotel smell was of stale cigarettes which wasn't very pleasant.
