Overwhelmingly disappointing, 2-stars true rating

Liked: The staff tried to help anytime we asked. The shower pressure was good. The bathrooms and toilets looked alright.
Disliked: The hotel looked like a hostel. Very small, only one old small lift. It look overall in bad conditions. The corridor to go to your room was extremely narrow, it barely fits a single person. The towels were not very clean. The bed was incredibly hard, the pillows were thin and hard. The TV turned on on its own. There were many windows from other buildings pointing towards our window and our window didn't have semitransparent curtains so we had to be fully dressed or without natural light. There was no fridge, no chair, no real table. Instead of a table they had a tiny taburete. They had a safe but when we arrived it was locked and we needed the recepcionist to fix it. Also l, they seem short in staff. The recepcionist seemed to be responsible for everything and they only had one recepcionist at a time. The hotel was supposed to be 4 starts but in all honest it felt like 2 stars. Would I repeat? No wa.
