Disliked: Hade to order ice 3 times to get it. Hade to order towels after they cleaned the room. Could of used a refrigerator to keep wine cold.

Liked: The staff was wonderful. We went for our mom's birthday and they added a personal touch with a happy Birthday note to her. The place is clean, spacious and has a warm, classy and cozy vintage feel. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa experience and both restaurants in the hotel. Masa & Agave was especially good. Thank you to all at the Ivy for making this a great stay!
Disliked: There wasn't really anything I didn't like about this place. If anything, it would be nice if you had a mini fridge to store a few things if needed but still a great stay overall!

Liked: Patricia at front desk gave us two complimentary coupons for drinks to celebrate our anniversary as well as wine and cake sent to our room.
Disliked: Wanted to substitute cheddar cheese for goat cheese on the omelette and they said they only had American cheese even though the breakfast sandwich had cheddar.Valet parking daily and over night fees expensive.
