Great people very clean. But...
Liked: Luxury
Disliked: No hot tub no access to anything on Sundays. Had to pay for parking. Really overpriced for what it was

Way overpriced, limited amenities, good...
Liked: The location was great for my business trip and was walkable to most immediate needs. The pillows were very nice as were the finishes and furniture. Very clean, well designed spaces. With two on-site restaurants, there were at least a couple of options.
Disliked: There was no ice bucket or ice machine, no in-room coffee maker/Keurig and no decaf option at the "coffee bar" in the lobby, the in-room thermostat didn't seem to be accurate, no extra blanket in the room, and the water pressure in the sink was dismal - the cold tap was barely more than a trickle. Anything that would be expected in even budget hotels (fitness center, pool/hot tub) was not present or for an additional fee. The price point of both restaurants was outrageous and both were absolutely packed - definitely need/very highly recommend a reservation. This was not communicated upon check in. I've travelled extensively and even for a city - particularly Minneapolis... this isn't San Francisco or Palm Springs - it was way overpriced. For the cost, this hotel was pretty disappointing overall. I would probably not stay here again.

Very convenient location
Liked: Excellent location, close to both downtown and the convention centre.
Disliked: Very dark rooms with poor natural light. The access to the spa has a separate access fee

They need to work on...
Liked: The front desk was great, full of details and information. Loved the gentlemen that checked us in. Booked out room on booking.com. Our first room wasn’t great it was a larger guest room king. They were working on repairs and after a 6 hour car ride we wanted to take a nap and recharge. That wasn’t happening. We called the front desk then sent someone to the room and conveniently the noise stopped and soon after they left it picked back up. So my husband called them again. They then moved us to a room on a higher floor with a smaller bathroom, with a better view, And gave us a 100 credit for food and drink for the inconvenience. Okay great! Well 100 bucks here doesn’t go far. When we tried to use the credit at their restaurant Breva, we got weird looks and treated rudely so we left. We used it on breakfast and that was 73 dollars, it was not good! The valet is convenient. Housekeeping was fantastic! For the price we paid for 3 nights the only thing that was free was bitter coffee in the morning. I was expecting more I guess. In our room the light fixture was bent in the bathroom and lattice in the entry way looks like it could be replaced. The bed was as hard as a rock. By night two I missed home. When I think luxury I think of the little things too. I wish I had gone to their website and booked the room. That is my only regret. They lhave packages for the spa. That would have been nice.
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable we left a day early. Pillow top doesn’t mean comfortable.

Liked: The hotel was clean and excellent location.
Disliked: I paid for breakfast and they didn't know and the staff restaurant was very slow.

Disappointing as compared to the...
Disliked: Our hot/cold facets in the sink were mislabeled, the shower was retrofitted and the shower head moved in a way that the water sprayed directly out of the shower, flooding the entire bathroom floor. Our room did not have a coffeemaker.
