Liked: The room is spacious and clean. The location is within walking distance to the train station and bus station. I need to do laundry, the hotel did not have this service during my stay, but the staff hotel offered to wash my clothes with the hotel washing machine. So kind and generous.

I want to go back...

Liked: The breakfast beat anything I have experienced in 60 + years of using hotels. Lots of great surprises and the staff at the breakfast were outstanding - pleasant, conscientious, creative. Front desk staff, were very helpful - I must especially compliment the late evening gentleman - saved us from electrical problem. Love the amaretto biscotti in the entry.
Disliked: Lots of noise outside in the late evening/early morning. Smoke came up into windows some times.

Liked: This is a character hotel 5 minutes from the bus/ train station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and cheery with bright colours

Liked: The location of my hotel is very central. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I go to Trieste again, I will stay at this hotel again.
