Liked: The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful, I found my room to be a bit cold and, once I pointed it out, they immediately provided an extra heater.The room was minimalistic yet clean, towels, shower gel and hair dryer in the bathroom.24h reception always available. Very convenient for the Noord area, 10' walking + 3' ferry / metro to the central station.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great. 5 minutes to the Metro, and the free ferry that takes you directly to the Central station.The staff is very helpful and nice.
Disliked: The room is extremely small and poorly equipped. Unfortunately, its cleanliness was not perfect either.
