Disliked: The lack of a window in the room. It made the space feel a bit closed off, which might not be ideal for some guests.

Liked: We ended up NOT staying at the property, since the booking was cancelled by the staff.Background story: when booking via Booking.com, we did not have the possibility to pay via the app. The only available option was “Pay at the property”. The hotel sent a very short message on Booking informing us that the checkin is between 3pm and 6pm. We answered the message informing the property we would arrive between 7pm and 8pm (since we had a very long drive to do that day) and asked them to keep our booking. The property answered 4 hours later telling us that if we “don’t pay by transfer” the booking would be cancelled. I followed up and asked for a link to be able to do the payment + I called the hotel on both available numbers, but nobody answered.We arrived at the hotel at 8pm only to found out our booking was cancelled and there was no other room available.Customer support = 0!

Great hotel to stay in...

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, moderately clean. The lighting was good and AC worked well. It was nice and dark for sleeping.
Disliked: Toilet wasn't the best and could be a bit loud if other guests were loud.
