Liked: Fab location, gorgeous apartment. Staff lovely couldn't have had a nicer stay..we went to the improv panto in the opera house..well worth a visit BTW...so it was a lovely post Christmas night away...

Great hotel but got unlucky...

Liked: The staff were extremely accommodating and they're all so very nice and friendly. Got upgraded to a superior double room and it was gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.
Disliked: The only issue I had was that the room next to me was extremely loud. It also sounded like they were visited multiple times by a night porter or some staff. It made me feel kind of anxious. This was all around 2am.
