A comfotable room

Liked: Nice location but room access was directly from the reception which was not private, there is no resturant in the facility or breakfast, the cycle rent required a deposit of 100 euros which is not the norm in city , I liked the luggage drop off service and night staff

Liked: Just what we needed. Great location and price. Our pillowcases had some dirt on them (easily grabbed new bedding) and there was a bit of a weird smell in our room sometimes. But other then that we really had a great time. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Slept like a log.

Liked: The staff tried their best to make things work but it was one problem after another. The location is great.
Disliked: It all started with a safe, tv and air conditioning that didn't work. The staff got the safe and tv working, however the air conditioning never worked and the room was extremely hot the whole time. They said there was no other room available. To top it all off the shower taps literally came apart. Two men fixed the tap over a two hour period but left the room with a soaking wet carpet. We have sent two emails requesting some compensation for this terrible three nights but have not even received an acknowledgement!

Lovely 4 night stay in...

Liked: The property was in a good part of the town. Easy to walk to the Amsterdam sights. Very conveniently close to a market and the bus stops.
