Liked: location of hotel is awesome.so close to Leidseplane.staff is so helpful.
Disliked: nothing

Overall not bad.

Liked: The bathroom was quite nice as it had been renovated. The location was perfect for our needs as everything was accessible. Found a great place a few doors down with message chairs.
Disliked: The stairs were so steep the I feel they are dangerous and make taking your luggage down very hard and there is no one to help you. Also the staff were not up to date with what is around them.

Liked: My room and bathroom were super-clean. Surrounding areas seemed safe on foot - and the 24-hr reception had friendly staff at all hours..
Disliked: The central heating was set to +25 degrees C with no option to cool.. and the windows in the room were fixed closed.
