Don’t expect much, but may...

Liked: Location is perfect, right in the middle of the center, very close to the gare cornavin and bus/railway stations. The lady at the reception desk was helpful.
Disliked: Other options are very basic, expensive for that service. Also, there was a construction site and windows were not soundproof. Kettle didn’t work, I called the staff but I had to wait for a long time and I had to tell the lobby a few times.

Liked: amazing location, simple hotel with clean and simple rooms, very friendly staff

Liked: Very friendly, welcoming staff, very close to the station, a little run down but clean and comfy

Pleasantly surprised

Liked: (1) Simple, modern interior design - in good condition; (2) Light, spacious dining room; (3) Basic but adequate fitness room; (4) Buffet breakfast of essentials & well-managed by staff.
Disliked: (1) No apparent towels reuse policy or option to reuse; (2) Limited international, English-language TV stations; (3) Coffee & tea sachets & milk pots in bedroom not routinely replenished - needed to be requested; (4) Security box in bedroom complicated to set & operate.
