Superb

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Lu Lus chinese restaurant is in the same location. They had coffee in the morning in the lobby.
Disliked: The hotel was almost empty but they put us in the back on the second floor. There was no elevator, and the ice machine on the second floor was broken.

Great location, worthless and painful...

Liked: The location was excellent, walking distance from Meow Wolf and plenty of food and stores around in walking distance
Disliked: The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've EVER slept on. The mattresses were hard and you could feel the springs poking you, both my husband and I still have back pain from them. I switched rooms and the second one was slightly better but still horrible. I didn't want to be jumping rooms with all of our stuff, so we settled for the second one, we assumed all beds were the same. Would not recommend at all if you want to sleep good at night. Cant believe they would not invest in some good mattresses, the one we had was very old.

Disliked: We did not have wash cloths in room.

Cheap Stay, Not the Cleanest

Liked: The price for the room and it felt safe
Disliked: The comforters were stained and one had a cigarette burn in it. I through my comforter on the floor with dirty towels and they put another one on my bed with a huge urine stain. This made us question the cleanliness of the other towels and linens. The room smelled like a locker room. The bathroom looked clean, but it wasn’t what I had expected

Passable

Liked: The staff was great. Other than having an old carpet the room & bathroom were very clean.
Disliked: I didn't like the tattered rugs in the hallway. It is a first impression that carries over. I didn't like having an old carpet in the bedrooms, they can't get clean enough. The bed was uncomfortable, it was bouncy, not firm enough. I would not recommend it to anyone.
