Liked: The clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk open 24 hours. Denny's restaurant across the street.
Disliked: It was difficult to get products out of the vending machine.

Liked: check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Chinese restaurant next door was good. Neighborhood was a little tough - homeless are around but it was a convenient stop as it was on our way to our next destination the following morning.
Disliked: for the price all was within our expectations - and the hotel can't solve the homeless problem either. We had no problems, there were no incidents and the homeless know that the hotel grounds are off limits.

Disliked: Person wasn’t friendly nor helpful and didn’t allowed us to stay they said they didn’t rent to locals.

Liked: The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Lu Lus chinese restaurant is in the same location. They had coffee in the morning in the lobby.
Disliked: The hotel was almost empty but they put us in the back on the second floor. There was no elevator, and the ice machine on the second floor was broken.

Great location, worthless and painful...

Liked: The location was excellent, walking distance from Meow Wolf and plenty of food and stores around in walking distance
Disliked: The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've EVER slept on. The mattresses were hard and you could feel the springs poking you, both my husband and I still have back pain from them. I switched rooms and the second one was slightly better but still horrible. I didn't want to be jumping rooms with all of our stuff, so we settled for the second one, we assumed all beds were the same. Would not recommend at all if you want to sleep good at night. Cant believe they would not invest in some good mattresses, the one we had was very old.
