Superb

Liked: Perfect location. It's a nice, old building; their windows are authentic and also old. We spent there few days in October, bathroom was a bit cold for us.

Great location but needs improvement...

Liked: Location was central and easy to walk everywhere to most major attractions
Disliked: Had to change rooms because the toilet was not clean and the towels looked like rags. The next room was good.

Good location with friendly staff.

Liked: Central Location. Quiet. The guy serving breakfast was amazing …. Food the work of two people ! Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved… though what was there was fresh. Thought it expensive overall.

Good

Liked: Staff were helpful. Our suitcase lock broke and we could not open the case. When I told the reception, someone came and broke it open for me. We were relieved.
Disliked: I think we expected a nicer hotel for a 4 star. As we were in a capital city i can only think this was the reason for an expensive room but not equalled in quality. It may well be the same in London.
