We will definitely consider staying...

Liked: The staff and customer service, especially Cheri(?) in the dining room was amazing. My partner fell sick, so we ended up spending most of our time in the room instead of exploring the city as we planned. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist with tea, hot water carafe, honey, lemon, etc. Something she may have thought was such an easy thing for her to do, yet it helped me take care of him in such a way that will always be remembered and appreciated.
Disliked: The rooms were smaller than expected. I may not have paid enough attention to the size when looking at the pictures. But we loved the ambiance of the building and the rooftop bar. We had looked at The JW and for the same price would have had a 30th floor corner suite with the two room couch/tv and king bed situation. I’ve stayed at the JW many times before, so it’s a favorite, but I feel the price of Hotel Indy, only for the room size was a disappointment.

Liked: Everything from the hotel to all the workers the hotel was nice and clean and the staff where respectful always had a smile on there face especially when my little dog kept on trying to get their attention they talked to him and I just made his day
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like
