Disliked: When I made the reservation, I selected an upper-floor room with a super king bed, but the room I received was on the ground floor with a double bed. I also booked the half-board option, but the hotel said such an option doesn’t even exist and they only offer breakfast.I don’t understand how it’s possible to make and pay for a booking through a platform like Booking.com if it's not properly linked with the hotel. The selections I made during booking were not reflected in the room I received.
