Very nice hotel! Would stay there again. Love the downstairs bar.

Liked: We liked the LOOK of our room and the restaurant and bar area.
Disliked: The floors in our room squeaked mercilessly! I felt bad for the people below us. I didn't want to move my feet.The parking situation was very taxing for us. There was no place to park ro unload so we hauled our bags from a city parking ramp a block away.

Liked: Great location, property has great character. Loved the wood floors in the room! Room was comfy, as was bed. Staff was wonderful, every single person was so friendly.
Disliked: A mini fridge in the room. Neither bedside light functioned.

Never again, very disappointing

Disliked: The room was really cold, and the heating system took several hours to kick in. The hotel offered us a difference room, but the technician warned us that all the rooms have a similar problem.Also, the room was really dirty. I went to use the hair dryer that was stored on a shelf, under the vanity, it was covered in dust bunnies, obviously that shelf had not been cleaned for a long time.Early in the morning, the housekeeping crew were banging loudly on the doors and had an argument with another occupant.We tried to buy a bottle of water from the lobby and were told they had run out and offered a glass of tap water. The woman working the "restaurant/bar" was rude and disinterested.We booked this hotel based on a pervious very positive experience at The Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga
