We LOVED the staff, everyone...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, & CLOSEBY reasonable parking!
Disliked: STIFF BED with no boxspring, not very comfortable at all! Shower was ice cold, so that was a MAJOR bummer!

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the desk staff were nice. Keurig in the room was very nice. The room and bathroom were roomy!
Disliked: The room needs some comfortable seating and a small table for coffee. The only places to sit were on the bed, on a desk chair or on a hard bench. Other than that, it was great!

Disliked: Poor management.Poor customer serviceRooms not cleaned till very late- sometimes 7pm

Liked: location was ideal, very convenient, walking distance to many food options
Disliked: although appropriate for the neighborhood, the price was a little steep for what you get.coffee machine in the room is motel - 6 levelthe hotel charges your cc than realeses the charge after your stay,( odd)

Super Stay

Liked: Alberto and team couldn't do enough for me during my stay at the hotel. I loved it so much I extended my stay.This is a great boutique hotel located in one of the best areas in Brooklyn. Surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants and delis, there are plenty of choices for fun. Also near the L train subway stop, to get to the city, this makes this the perfect choice and would 100% stay again.
