Liked: Pros, very clean; friendly, professional staff.
Disliked: Cons, did not have access to any of my TV apps like Netflix etc.; could not cast from my phone either as the TV was not a smart TV. The ceiling walls were very thin and at 6:00 in the morning the person in the room above me could be heard stopping around for about an hour. Restaurant food quality was good but slightly overpriced.

Liked: Very nice, modern hotel with large rooms and great amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Room was large with great bed, pillows and linens. Bathroom was spacious. Conveniently located near Magnolia and all other attractions in Waco. Hotel had a nice restaurant and lounge in lobby. Everything was very clean in hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Room might have been a little brighter with more lighting.

Liked: The restaurant was very good. Our waiter was not very friendly. The hotel rate was fair.
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room was loud when it came on. Could not sleep. Our toilet ran, had to get up and shake the handle, room 328. The desk chair was dirty!

Liked: The rooms are spacious, bathroom was also spacious, with large walk in shower and lots of counter space. The in room coffee set up was adequate, but liquid creamer would be much appreciated over the powdered stuff!
Disliked: The only recommended improvement would be the coffee. The coffee offered in the lobby was never hot, and very bitter. It was pretty bad.

Overall I enjoyed my stay...

Liked: The room was gorgeous. I booked a king suite for my wedding anniversary. It had a nice jacuzzi tub, big shower with waterfall shower heads, a private patio, two toilets, fridge and freezer and more. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. I loved our room.
Disliked: While the Brazzos restaurant was nice, I think the food was overpriced. The food was fine not great. On our last day our fire alarm just went off for no reason so that was irritating.
