Liked: Pros, very clean; friendly, professional staff.
Disliked: Cons, did not have access to any of my TV apps like Netflix etc.; could not cast from my phone either as the TV was not a smart TV. The ceiling walls were very thin and at 6:00 in the morning the person in the room above me could be heard stopping around for about an hour. Restaurant food quality was good but slightly overpriced.

Overall I enjoyed my stay...

Liked: The room was gorgeous. I booked a king suite for my wedding anniversary. It had a nice jacuzzi tub, big shower with waterfall shower heads, a private patio, two toilets, fridge and freezer and more. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. I loved our room.
Disliked: While the Brazzos restaurant was nice, I think the food was overpriced. The food was fine not great. On our last day our fire alarm just went off for no reason so that was irritating.

Liked: The room was very nice. There were two chairs instead of the usual one which was good. Large shower was a plus. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
Disliked: Housekeeping came by rather late in the day, which wasn't horrible but earlier would have been better.

Liked: Lovely comfortable hotel room. Breakfast was good. It was walkable to down town.
Disliked: Service was a bit lacking at breakfast. We had to ask for our breakfast vouchers. Otherwise a good breakfast.
