Liked: Everything ! Very nice and friendly staff always here to help if you need. The breakfast was very delicious. Very nice parking garage too. The room was also very clean and refilling the water bottles and mini waffles was a really nice gesture.

An amazing place in Viena

Liked: I loved the hotel design, lobby and restaurant area. The staff if well prepared and helped us with a baby cot in a few minutes, although we forgot to book one in advance. The room is very well decorated, we had access to the terrace. Breakfast is good, but a bit overcrowded.
Disliked: The bed is a bit small and the room thermostat seemed to not do anything. Nonetheless, we had a very good sleep and the temperature was around 21-22 degrees. The breakfast buffet could be improved. Due to high demand in the morning, there are many items missing when you try to grab them. They are replenished all the time, but you have to wait. Also, you can order items from the menu, but again, it will take some time for them to be ready.
