Liked: Very nice rooms, mini bar included. Nice view of the front street in front of the hotel. Beautiful breakfast with lots of variety. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Shower too small.

Comfortable bed , good size...

Liked: Wide spread of good quality food , tasty . Couldn’t ask for more. Being a basement venue, unfortunately you couldn’t look out to beautiful Verona. Staff was friendly and met my requests. Overall good experience.
Disliked: More green plants to soften the ‘basement window less feeling’

Very happy with all aspects...

Liked: All the staff were superb, in particular a very good English speaking man at breakfast, extremely polite, attentive and an asset to the hotel.
Disliked: Pricing was slightly high BUT we got a high service so not really a valid complaint just an observation
