Fantastic hotel, but make sure...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great map with tips for a city with so much to do and see. The room is beautifully decorated.
Disliked: My room was very small. I could not open a large suitcase unless I put it on top of the bed. Windows were internal looking at pipes and walls.

Liked: Lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. She suggested and booked for us an amazing restaurant.The guy at the lobby bar James was amazing. He delivered the perfect service and made us feel more than welcome.
Disliked: No light in the shower in room 003.

Liked: Lovely hotel. The staff are super relaxed, friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face. Our room was lovely and the roll in bed for our 8 year old was very comfy and fitted well in the room. Great breakfast options in a lovely breakfast room. 10 minute walk into town and lots of good eateries nearby. Cannot fault the hotel at all.
Disliked: Only a very small complaint but we stayed in two different rooms and the location of the shower in both rooms is really awkward. It's right in the middle of the wall facing outwards instead of being at the end. Hard to explain properly but it means showering in a really tight space making it very awkward.

Value for money and great...

Liked: The location of the hotel is pretty ideal. It’s close to all the areas you’d want to check out everything is a maximum of a 15-20 minute walk. The staff is also very welcoming and very helpful. We were given a map of Verona with all the landmarks explained and highlighted with the route to walk to get to those landmarks. We were also given some really good restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend
Disliked: The rooms were quite small. Very spacious balcony but that didn’t really come in handy in winter.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely interior. Good breakfast but watch out those steps leading down to the breakfast area. Nice bar area.
Disliked: Soundproofing could be better.
