Liked: They were very accommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong dates on booking and was already on my way , they were able to get me my hotel room for that night and for the deal for the date I accidentally booked . It was very clean and the room was great. I overall love the vibe to the whole hotel. The food & drinks in the restaurant were good and little pricey but that’s okay. I also love the few from our room which had both down town and the lake . The hotel also was very close to all the restaurants/stores giving you the ability to walk to any of the downtown areas .
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like but would have been okay with if it was told upfront because I did ask if there was any hidden fees and was told no. Anyhow when you check out there is an $18.00 valet parking fee and the only parking is valet parking .
