Can’t wait to come back...

Liked: They were very accommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong dates on booking and was already on my way , they were able to get me my hotel room for that night and for the deal for the date I accidentally booked . It was very clean and the room was great. I overall love the vibe to the whole hotel. The food & drinks in the restaurant were good and little pricey but that’s okay. I also love the few from our room which had both down town and the lake . The hotel also was very close to all the restaurants/stores giving you the ability to walk to any of the downtown areas .
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like but would have been okay with if it was told upfront because I did ask if there was any hidden fees and was told no. Anyhow when you check out there is an $18.00 valet parking fee and the only parking is valet parking .

Disliked: Everything was honestly great. The road construction would be the only thing negative but even then we are very understanding that is something that we already knew before booking!

Was disappointed for the price....

Liked: The view
Disliked: Way too much road traffic noise, especially at night. First night no one came or noticed we were in the dining room wanting to be waited on, so we just left after about ten minutes.

Nice place, probably would choose...

Liked: Very comfortable, nice breakfast. Great bar on rooftop.
Disliked: Construction out front, not all lake view rooms, no self parking.

Liked: I liked the location in relation to the downtown area. The room was good size. The continental breakfast was very good. Generally all the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that it had a fitness area
Disliked: I was surprised to find out when I checked in that valet was mandatory and I would be charged $18 a day. Nowhere did it state that valet was mandatory when I booked the room. Initially, I was charged for 3 full days which I had to debate because the first day I didn't check in until 10pm.The electrical outlets in the room did not work so we couldn't turn on the lamps in the room. When I called the front desk they couldn't fix it until the next dayThe bathroom floor looked to have some stains on it which looked like blood.The only view we had out the window was a huge HVAC compressor
