Disliked: Had water damage 24 h before my arrival and did not tell me until I arrived by taxi at the hotel. When I arrived, I was told I could not access the room and had been rebooked to a different hotel 10min away where I had to walk in the late evening with a suitcase. The new hotel, while normally also 4 stars, was a long-term stay hotel with a lower standard. No offer was made that I could the money for my pre-paid room back. Will never book a room at this hotel again if this is how they treat customers.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel

Liked: The room is very cute and trendy, nicely decorated and in a fun loft format. The room was well stocked. Location is great. The hotel restaurant is a nice place for a drink and a snack, whether chatting with a friend or working.
