We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the rooftop bar during our stay, and our bartender/server (I think his name was Chris) was EXCELLENT. However, once more people started to arrive, we felt very sorry for him as he was working the bar and tables completely alone and didn't have help. Still he was gracious, patient and polite - more than I can say for some of the patrons.

Liked: Loved the room decor; comfortable beds; very clean and comfortable overall.
Disliked: My traveling companion noticed a foul odor in the lobby. Other than that, everything was great.

Great Hotel for long or...

Liked: The property is amazing, the views from different areas are spectacular. The service from all hotel staff is welcoming. Rooms are a great size and really clean.Food on both restaurants Borrego and Table 509 is exceptional.
Disliked: Overall they stay was great, I was hoping the roof top was also accessible thru out the day aside of that the Hotel overall is fabulous.

Liked: Room was clean and a good size for two people, bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect.
Disliked: “Amenity fee” is added on $32 per day. This includes a $15 credit you can spend at the bars or store, but you cannot opt out of it. At that point just include it in the nightly rate to be transparent. Overall nightly rate is very high but similar to other hotels in the area.
