Beautiful location and family friendly....

Liked: Beautiful views and easy walk to see the coast. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and large.
Disliked: The gym could use a revamp

Ok hotel, decent location, Asst...

Disliked: There was some issue on the booking, (they claimed I had changed it and not paid, despite me showing them the receipt)which involved the assistant manager coming out. Frankly he was not listening and rude in his response (even though they realized mistake was on their part) to the point I had to ask hm not to raise his voice.I had contacted the hotel via the Booking.com link on 4th Dec before arrival on 9th, saying one room was arriving 1 day later than planned but as we had pre-paid, was just informing them. They didn't respond to this email until the 11th and the response was just 'ok'.Front desk staff were very helpful despite his attitude.Odd that the reception was being repainted at 7pm as well!
