Wonderful staff and perfect location!

Liked: We had two rooms and the second room was excellent. My room was also excellent, or so I assumed. The bathroom was really clean except for the toilet handle, which I had noticed before I flushed. This hotel has always been VERY clean. I think it was just an oversight because the light is subdued in the bathroom. I travel with disinfectant so I wiped it off myself and told Veronica, I think that's her name, at the desk and she apologized profusely. Aside from that, I really liked my stay and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very tasty in the restaurant as well. We always stay at the Indigo and I think we'll most likely stay again next time we're in San Antonio.

It’s a warm cozy hotel...

Liked: Staff is excellent at the hotel. Staff is helpful, responsive and cheerful. I liked Laura and her demeanor to stay calm and patient with all guest. She also took my complaint of duvet cover being stiff and sent me a different comforter immediately. I call that good customer service.
Disliked: The floors are creaky.. people walking on floor over me was disturbing. Also we were on 2nd floor and the noise from outside was too much at nite. The windows are not sound proof.
