Liked: The rooms were very nice I love the shower,way better than others on the river. The staff were very nice.Access to the river is nice... needs water taxi to get to the nightlife on the river.
Disliked: There is no water taxi to get to the nightlife.When booking the hotel,there was no mention of construction on the site.Very disappointed they gave us a room facing a wall with construction below.Nice to be woken up,with hammers and construction equipment. Also, the price of three drinks was 60 dollars without tip... outrageous!! Could have purchased 3 bottles of the same drink for less..ill probably never visit this hotel again.

Less that what we hoped...

Liked: The breakfast was good, though worth less than what we paid for it. The bed was fine, though the room was stark and lacked charm and character. I/we found the staff friendly, courteous, attentive and prompt and were the best thing about our stay; they did a great job with what they have to work with.
Disliked: I/we did not like the crying dog at 10:30pm, nor did we like the beeping sound from the scissor-lift raising and lowering workers not far from our room from 3:30 pm when we checked in until about 9:30pm. I/we also did not like the surface parking options, which were costly and left our vehicle "at-risk" overnight. While this hotel technically is on the "river" it actually is "off the beaten path" and not near most of the "riverwalk" restaurants and nightlife.
