Liked: The hotel is part of the Rochester skyway system, which enabled me to walk indoors to the Mayo Clinic, with many shops and restaurants along the way. This was quite a relief during my very wintery stay.

Great hotel with a great...

Liked: Stayed at the Hotel Indigo for date night with my wife. We had been here before and decided we liked it so much we would stay again. Staff was extremely friendly. We love this hotel and will definitely come back.
Disliked: When we got to the room, we couldn't get the heat to work. We called down to the front desk and after trying a few quick fix ideas, the lady at the front desk said they would send maintenance to our room. We waited for about an hour and decided to stop at the front desk on our way to dinner.we mentioned again about the heat and the guy at the desk said he'd get maintenance on it right away. By the time we got back from dinner, the heater was fixed.
