Liked: Great location. Great restaurant. Great parking. Comfortable bed and good climate control.

Liked: The area rugs in the room was very dirty.

Nice hotel, parking sucks, surprise...

Liked: Staff was great. Hotel itself is in good condition with nice decor. Room is nice. Bed was comfortable. Good internet speed. And, its connected to tunnel system that goes to the Mayo Clinic buildings. Also, hotel has a car that drove me to one of the Mayo buildings. And, there's a restaurant that's connected called "Crave". The food is good but a bit pricey.
Disliked: Because there's no marquis that sticks out to see where the hotel is, I drove past it the first time and had to circle around. Tip: there's a nook to pull off into in front of the building... pull over there when you first arrive, check in and get your garage card. Because its downtown, you'll be parking in a parking garage which like all downtown garages will be tight.IMPORTANT: Parking garage cost is NOT included in your room costs. After I checked out and got my final bill, I was ALSO charged $16/day for parking. Which is garbage. Or at the least, it should've been substantially less. This "surprise" cost really soured me on the hotel. Other than that, I might have given it an "8" overall.
