Liked: Well the first desk clerk told me there was no breakfast in the morning, which was a little concerning beans. They told me there was and then the gentleman came up a little later and gave me a card for breakfast so I felt a lot better about it then, but yeah, it was a nice place

Will not return.

Liked: Good location for access to Mayo Clinic via skyway/tunnel. Crave restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: Train the reception desk staff to greet customers, make eye contact and be pleasant.

Liked: Location was great. No breakfast was offered.
Disliked: I would like a partial refund on my booking since I had to check out early due to Mayo Clinic.
