A very nice comfortable hotel...

Liked: The room was nice and quiet. The beds and pillows were great! The hotel is close to the hospitals and easy to get to by the skywalks. Very clean room.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. But no complaints about the property.

Superb

Liked: Modern design of the rooms and property. The location and access to the skyway system.
Disliked: Shower head in the shower could have been better. The gym could have been a little bigger.

Bad

For an extended stay, or...

Liked: Location-accessible to the Mayo
Disliked: Said it was dog friendly, which yes-dogs are welcome but the hotel is not equipped for dogs. The lobby is on the second floor and not a patch of grass within blocks. Also. Our refrigerator did not work, the shower had zero pressure and our toilet water brown.

Great location and comfortable rooms!

Liked: Great downtown location with easy access to the Mayo Clinic via the Sykwalk. Love the proximity to several great restaurants, including CRAVE, which is located at the hotel. Very comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The pillowcases and some of the towels were a bit yellowed.
