Liked: Decor, rooms, restaurant/bar, super friendly staff
Disliked: Just a noisy location as it sits by the parkway. But they did had disposable packages of ear plugs in the room :)

Liked: I would give this a million stars if I could. The front desk woman (wearing the A necklace) took excellent care of us. She gave me as many tampons/pads as I needed, she upgraded our room at no cost, and we were able to have an early check in/later check out. I know things like this don’t normally happen, but I am so thankful and grateful for the incredible service we got. And the Lobby was so beautifully decorated!! Thank you so so much for everything, you gave us a wonderful start to the new year. This will now be our go to hotel in pgh!

Disliked: Several staff members were not customer ready. The front desk attendance on Monday at 430 ( not sure of her name, no name tag, or smile
