Beautiful lobby and rooms. Helpful staff. We totally enjoyed our night's stay. It was a luxury hotel.

Liked: Spacious room we got for 2 queen beds, Great location, friendly staffs.
Disliked: The bed is old, pillow is not comfortable,…especially the mirror in the room facing to the bed, even with the curtain, it can only cover 30% of it, honestly don’t know why there needs to be a mirror facing to the bed not next to the door….it’s uncomfortable.

We will not stay here...

Liked: Some family had booked into this hotel which helped with logistics.
Disliked: Hair on the bathroom floor and coffee grounds? In the shower. No dresser in the room and 4 hangers! Pleasant but untrained staff. Air shaft rooms in a nearly empty hotel.Keurig pods and a Hamilton Beech coffee maker.

Liked: This is a well-run hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. The room was perfect with its modern decor and cleanliness. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: There is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

Liked: The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The woman at the front desk was a little cocky and rude when she was asked about the complementary breakfast tickets.

A convenient and clean place...

Liked: Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Parking was easy in the neighborhood and valet was offered.
Disliked: Room description was slightly inaccurate. We expected two queen beds, but the beds were not queens. Maybe they were full or double beds. We were staying as a family of 4 so it was a bit tight to share those beds.
