Frustrating

Liked: Parking was convenient. Although the garage was rather tight and the spaces limited, there was always a space for us to use.
Disliked: A $25+ per night resort fee was added, with little explanation other than it included a benefit of $15 per day worth credit in their greatly overpriced "convenience store" and discounts at some local shops. The in-room mini-refrigerator didn't work, so we had to rely on a cooler that we fortunately brought with us. We called the desk to report it and were told they would send someone to repair or replace it the next day while we were out visiting friends, but they did not. The next day our TV remote quit working, we called the desk and were told they would send someone up to take care of it, but no-one every came. So we could enjoy watching TV that evening, and had to rely on a computer that we luckily brought with us, to watch the NCAA tournament basketball games. Day three, when we called the desk a third time, someone came to the room and replaced the refrigerator and TV remote, just minutes before checkout time. Lot of good that did.
