Great location and comfort and...

Liked: Location of the hotel close to the subway, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, and knowledgeable and efficient reception staff. The shower was very good and liked the lighting in the room. The hotel provides a bottle of water for each guest each day.
Disliked: The rooms are small but there is everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Liked: the staff was friendly and very helpful. The minute we walked in the staff was attentive and accommodating. Very pleased with the service.
Disliked: We booked 3 rooms total. The king room we booked was very small. The double room was a good size and nice balcony. Seems that not all the rooms are the same footprint. Even the 2nd king room was bigger than the other.

Liked: The breakfast included are one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. It’s not just standard buffet but an a la carte menu with excellent choices. The location is just 4 mins away from the main subways that go to both midtown and Brooklyn. It’s within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions such as One World Trade Center, Brooklyn bridge walking track, Chinatown, ferry to Statue of Liberty. We had a really good time staying here.
