Lovely comfortable room with everything you may require. Quiet in silent hours - no traffic/people noise considering the room was located just down from the hotel entrance on the third floor. Excellent restaurant and table/bar service even though it was very busy we could not fault anything.
Liked: Fabulous hotel and restaurant - we will return.
Disliked: Terrible car park due to very small parking bays at the hotel.

Good location - 15 minute walk to Newcastle City Hall and close to shops. Welcoming, friendly staff. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Good shower - plenty of hot water and thick towels. Quiet night's sleep. Would recommend.
Liked: Clean; welcoming; good night's sleep - quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast was pricey.

This hotel is advertised as 'boutique' which is everything it is. The room had lovely décor, a fantastic bathroom and awesome shower. Everything you expect for the amount of money paid.
Liked: Everything.
Disliked: None.

I booked a hotel room for my friends that just got married. I informed the hotel that it was a special occasion and they bent over backwards to accommodate the couple, ordering them flowers and upgrading them to a balcony room. The room was lovely and the couple thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
